After living in our first home for a couple of years we decided that we were ready for a change. We were anxious and excited to begin looking for a new home. After going to several open houses and meeting different agents we were pleased to finally meet Angela, who made us feel comfortable from the beginning. When it came to buying our first home, my husband and I were not sure what to do or where to look. I spent a lot of time on line looking up places but did not have any contacts to work with. We settled on having Angela help us because she listened to what we wanted in a home and a neighbor hood. Angela took us around to look at a variety of homes at our convenience and also gave us good advice on the condition of each and what we would probably need to do for fixing each one. Example of this is the LP siding that needs upgraded. The home inspection was easy; Angela gave us the name of a reputable inspector and was there with us during the inspection process. When we were ready to sign for the close Angela went with us to the title company and walked us through this process also. Even after signing Angela has been following up with us to make sure we are happy with our home and to see if there is anything she can help us with. One of my own personal milestones was to become a home owner before I turned 30. Here I was 3 months after my 29th birthday, just graduating with my Masters and I realized that I only had 9 months left in order to reach my goal. Although I just secured a descent job, I had student loans, credit card debt and mo money for a down payment.
